Duffy Homes Named 2008 Builder of the Year

Duffy Homes is pleased to announce that we have been named the 2008 Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio.  This prestigious award is given annually to a member builder for encouraging the American dream of home ownership, maintaining professional excellence and supporting the standards and policies of the association.

It is especially humbling to receive this recognition following such a challenging real estate market and economy.  Despite the difficulties, Duffy has continued to maintain a reasonable level of inventory, develop exciting new plans and venture into our newest communities, Tartan Ridge in Dublin and Nelson Farms in Powell.
