The Dublin City School District is one of the top-ranked school districts in Ohio, ranking 10th out of 612, and enjoys enormous community support. It has consistently scored above 100 on the state's Performance Index, and earned the Excellent with Distinction rating for the 2007-2008 school year. In addition, all 19 buildings in the district (three high schools, four middle schools, twelve elementary schools, and six preschools) were rated Excellent or Excellent with Distinction. Over 90% of students who graduate from one of Dublin's high schools go on to college.
