...we could not be happier. We love our new home. The attention to detail and the exceptional level of service displayed by our sales specialist and construction supervisor was outstanding. We would highly recommend a Duffy home or condominium to anyone who is interested in quality construction and a wonderful lifestyle!

Richmond Square in New Albany is inspired by the Georgian architecture that you find in New England villages. It offers luxury condominiums with striking brick facades, expansive kitchens and living areas and third floor lofts.
The inspiration for New Albany's communities came from the beautiful Georgian architecture found in New England villages and in places like Colonial Williamsburg and Virginia's famed James River Plantation. Richmond Square, the newest addition to the Market Square neighborhood, is a visionary tribute to these timeless communities. And the design of Richmond Square's unique townhomes combines the best of both old and new, with everything you need to live your modern life to the fullest. Open, expansive kitchens and living areas and an upscale third floor loft are just a few of the smart, contemporary features underneath the classic, clean lines of these townhomes. And everything is nearby, making your life simpler. Catch an outdoor concert. Grab a cappuccino and read the paper. Schools and shops are just minutes away. Come and see what we mean. You don't need a time machine to get here.
